Frequently asked questions

Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes, we offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £60. Orders under £60 are charged at £4.95, and you can see all available delivery options and charges at checkout before you place your order.
What makes a product a Zita West best seller?
Our best sellers are the products our community talks about and recommends most, chosen based on repeat purchases, consistently strong reviews, and how often they're recommended during our free 1:1 product consultations. Many, like Vitafem and Vitamen, have also been trusted staples of the range for years, formulated alongside clinical expertise in fertility and reproductive health rather than trends.
How does the Zita West subscription work?
When you subscribe to any eligible product, you save 15% on every order. Subscriptions are managed through your account, where you can update your delivery frequency, swap, or cancel at any time, making it a convenient way to maintain a consistent supplement routine.
Where are Zita West supplements made and how are they tested?
Zita West supplements are manufactured in the UK to high quality standards. Products undergo third-party testing, and batch certificates are available on our website so you can verify the quality of every batch. Our formulations are developed alongside clinical expertise built over many years of supporting fertility and reproductive health.
How should I store my supplements?
Zita West packaging has been designed to maintain product quality. We recommend keeping all capsules in their original jars, instead of decanting into a pill pot. Store them somewhere cool, dry and away from direct sunlight in temperatures below 25°C, and out of the reach and sight of children. Always check the storage guidance on your individual product, as formats such as powders and sprays can vary.
I'm not sure which products are right for me. Can I get personalised advice?

Yes. We offer free 1:1 product consultations with our expert team, who can help you understand which products may be most relevant to your stage and circumstances. Our team can offer general product guidance but cannot provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice. Book a free 1:1 product consultation. Our guide to building your Zita West supplement routine explains how to combine products.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide, including the EU, USA, Canada and further afield. International delivery timescales and charges vary by destination and are shown at checkout. EU customers should be aware that some orders may be subject to additional customs checks, which can occasionally cause delays.
What should I look for when comparing fertility or pregnancy vitamins?
• Check the form and amount of Folate. The NHS recommends 400µg of Folic Acid a day. Look at whether it is provided as Folic Acid or as active Folate (5-MTHF), which the body can use without conversion.

• Check the Vitamin D. The NHS recommends 10µg a day during preconception and pregnancy.

• Look at whether the amounts are meaningful, not just present, by comparing against the NRV on the label. Look at the forms of minerals too, such as bisglycinate.

• Ask whether the product is formulated for your stage. Preconception, each trimester and breastfeeding have different needs.

• Check whether Omega-3 DHA is included or needs to be taken separately, and whether there is a matching product for your partner.

• Look for independent third-party testing, ideally with batch certificates you can check.

• In pregnancy, avoid Vitamin A in the retinol form. Beta Carotene is a safe source.
