Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is condition which affects how your ovaries work. It is characatiersted by having fluid-filled sacs surrounding the eggs in the ovaries, irregular or absent periods and high or more active levels of a group of hormones known as androgens.
Those with PCOS may also have difficulties conceiving as the hormonal imbalances interferes with the growth and release of the eggs from the ovaries, otherwise known as ovulation. Certain nutrients can help manage the symptoms and assist in fertility chances.
Our PCOS Support Pack supports female hormone health, designed specifically for those experiencing PCOS.
Please note - as our Vitamin D Spray is a 3-month supply, you can choose your pack with or without this product below.
How This Pack Supports Women With PCOS
PCOS is a common hormonal condition that can affect ovulation, hormone levels, insulin sensitivity and inflammation. While the underlying causes vary, nutritional and lifestyle interventions can help support the body’s natural balance.
This pack combines key nutrients that have been selected to support those with PCOS:
Vitamin D – Supports immune and hormone health. Low levels are common in women with PCOS.
N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) – A powerful antioxidant that helps support the body’s natural defences against oxidative stress. Often explored for its potential to support ovulation and metabolic health.
Vitafem – A premium multivitamin and mineral formulation providing daily nutritional support, including key nutrients for hormone metabolism.
Femceive – A probiotic designed to support the gut and vaginal microbiome, important areas for immune and hormonal function.
Psyllium Husk Capsules – A gentle source of fibre that supports gut health.
Inositol & Folate – Myo-inositol has been widely studied in PCOS and is often used to support ovarian function and hormone balance. Folate contributes to normal cell division.
Ultra Omega – Provides essential fatty acids to support inflammation regulation, cell structure and overall wellbeing.
Together, these supplements are designed to provide targeted nutritional support for women managing PCOS, whether preparing to conceive or simply looking to support their reproductive and metabolic wellbeing naturally.

Ingredients
Vitamin D
Vitamin D3 supports hormone regulation, immune function and healthy cell division, playing a vital role across fertility, pregnancy and beyond.
Female Fertility It helps regulate the menstrual cycle through its influence on oestrogen and progesterone production. It also plays a role in improving insulin sensitivity and reducing inflammation, two key concerns for women with PCOS or endometriosis.
Male Fertility Vitamin D status is linked to testosterone levels and semen quality. It supports sperm motility and count, and contributes to the regulation of calcium balance within the male reproductive tract, which is essential for optimal sperm function.
Pregnancy Vitamin D3 is crucial for foetal skeletal development, calcium absorption and immune regulation. Deficiency in pregnancy is associated with increased risk of complications such as gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia and low birth weight.
Postnatal Postpartum, vitamin D supports maternal mood, immune defence and bone health. It is also passed through breast milk to the infant, helping support early immune and skeletal development.
N-Acetyl Cysteine
N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) is a precursor to glutathione, the body’s master antioxidant, supporting detoxification and cellular defence.
Female Fertility NAC promotes the production of glutathione, a powerful intracellular antioxidant that supports oocyte quality and protects against oxidative damage. It also contributes to healthy cervical mucus production and hormonal balance. NAC is commonly used in fertility programmes for women with PCOS, endometriosis, or elevated oxidative stress markers.
Male Fertility NAC contributes to male reproductive health by enhancing antioxidant capacity, particularly through its role in producing glutathione, a key molecule in protecting sperm from oxidative stress. It may improve sperm concentration, motility and morphology in men with suboptimal semen parameters, and is often used in antioxidant blends to support DNA integrity and mitochondrial function.
Pregnancy During pregnancy, NAC supports maternal detoxification pathways and protects against oxidative damage. Its ability to regenerate glutathione may help reduce inflammation and support the body’s natural defences during gestation. It has also been studied for its potential to support placental health and manage oxidative stress-related complications, though further research is ongoing. NAC is well tolerated and often used as a supportive nutrient during the first and second trimesters.
Vitafem
Contains an array of vitamins and minerals which have been researched to support egg quality and hormonal balance. Including 400µg of folic acid in the active form folate for the body to use.
Femceive
Femceive is a fertility friendly bacteria supplement that has been specifically formulated to achieve a balanced endometrial-vaginal microbiota and prepare the optimal environment for preconception.
Each pot contains 34 capsules which has been specifically formulated to cover an entire fertility cycle.
Psyllium Husk Capsules
A type of fibre that helps to naturally increase fibre intake to support fertility. Fibre plays a vital role in feeding our friendly bacteria that can help support the action of both Femceive and Menceive.
Inositol and Folate
Myo-inositol is found in virtually every tissue in our body and is involved in several processes. It plays a significant role in various processes associated with reproduction including gametes development, oocyte maturation, reproduction andfoetaldevelopment. Studies have shown that myo-inositol can improve reproductive outcomes in both men and women.
Ultra Omega
Omega-3s are recognised for their ability to correct inflammation, a key concern for those dealing with conditions like PCOS and endometriosis.

Is Vitafem safe to take alongside a separate Folic Acid supplement?
Vitafem contains the recommended intake of Folic Acid, in the form Folate. This is the readily absorbable form which is more effective at raising your levels. You do not need to take another Folic Acid supplement alongside Vitafem unless you have been advised by your GP.
Can I take the supplements with a hot drink?
We advise waiting 30 minutes after taking our supplements before having a hot drink like tea or coffee. Hot drinks can affect the activity of the bacteria in Femceive and Menceive and tea and coffee can affect the absorption of certain nutrients.
I’ve noticed since starting the supplements that my pee has turned yellow, is this normal?
Yes this is perfectly harmless and is the body getting rid of excess vitamin B2. It is usual to experience this when taking multivitamins that contain B2 so nothing to worry about and it does not mean she is not absorbing the nutrients.
Are the supplements safe to take alongside levothryoxine?
Yes our supplements are fine to take alongside levothyroxine - there is 150 mcg of iodine in the Vitafem but this is deemed perfectly safe to take alongside. However we recommend taking Vitafem at least 2 hours away from the thyroxine - preferably 4 hours away.
What supplements may support hormone balance in PCOS?
A combination of nutrients such as myo-inositol, vitamin D, omega-3 fatty acids, and NAC may help support the body’s natural hormone regulation. These nutrients are often used alongside lifestyle strategies to address common PCOS-related imbalances.
Can inositol improve ovulation for women with PCOS?

How does NAC help support women with PCOS?
N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) is a precursor to glutathione, an antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative stress. In women with PCOS, NAC is often explored for its potential role in supporting metabolic function and ovulatory health. Lean more about NAC and fertility here.
What vitamins are useful for women with PCOS who are trying to conceive?
Folate, vitamin D, and key B vitamins contribute to normal hormonal activity and cell function. In particular, vitamin D has been associated with better hormone balance and insulin sensitivity, areas often affected by PCOS.
Can omega-3 supplements help with inflammation and hormone balance in PCOS?
Omega-3 fatty acids, such as those in DHA and EPA, may help regulate inflammation and support hormonal pathways. They’re often used to complement dietary and lifestyle interventions for women with PCOS. Learn more about essential fatty acids and PCOS here.
