Which pregnancy or postnatal pack should I choose?

Choose the pack for your stage: the Newly Pregnant Trimester 1 Support Pack, then the Trimester 2 and Trimester 3 Pregnancy Support Packs. The Ultimate Pregnant Mama Packs for trimesters 2 and 3 add pregnancy skincare. After birth, choose the Postnatal Support Pack, or the Ultimate New Mum Pack, which adds postnatal skincare.

Should I choose a pack or individual supplements?

Packs are the simplest way to cover the core nutrients for your stage in one purchase. Individual supplements give you more flexibility if you are already taking certain nutrients or want to add targeted support. Can I take a pack alongside other supplements?

Yes, our products are designed to be stackable. If you are adding extra supplements to a pack, check your combined intake of nutrients such as Zinc and Folate, and speak to your GP or clinic first if you are taking prescribed medication.

What is the NHS Recommended Folate & Vitamin D pack?

It combines the two supplements the NHS recommends when trying to conceive and in early pregnancy: Folate and Vitamin D. It is a simple starting point if you want to cover the essentials before building a fuller routine.
