Product Details

Ultra Omega is a research-backed, molecularly distilled Omega-3 fertility supplement providing pure DHA and EPA to combat inflammation and support egg and sperm quality, which may be particularly helpful for those undergoing IVF, and those with PMOS (formerly known as PCOS) and endometriosis. Sourced from wild herring roe in the clear waters of Norway, the Omega-3 Fatty Acids are bound to Phospholipids, the natural form of fat found in the body, allowing for far more efficient absorption than standard triglyceride fish oils, with no fishy aftertaste.

In women, DHA helps regulate inflammation and supports egg quality and uterine lining receptivity; in men, EPA and DHA improve sperm membrane fluidity and motility; and in both, Omega-3s help balance Prostaglandins, reducing inflammatory factors that can impair fertility. The herring roe is also a natural source of Choline, a key nutrient for foetal brain development.

Who Is This For?

Ultra Omega is designed for:

  • Women trying to conceive naturally, looking to support egg quality and uterine lining receptivity
  • Women aged 35 and over, or preparing for IVF, looking to support egg quality as reproductive demands increase
  • Men looking to support sperm membrane health, motility and quality
  • Women with PMOS (PCOS) or endometriosis looking for anti-inflammatory support
  • Anyone wanting a highly absorbable, Phospholipid-bound source of DHA and EPA
How To Take

Take two capsules daily, ideally split across the day to support absorption.

We recommend beginning Ultra Omega at least three months before trying to conceive, to cover both the approximately 90 day egg maturation window and the 74 day spermatogenesis cycle. Ultra Omega is suitable to continue throughout pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Once pregnant, some may prefer to transition to Vital DHA, our triglyceride-form fish oil.

Zita West packaging has been designed to maintain product quality. We recommend keeping all capsules in their original jars, instead of decanting into a pill pot. Store them somewhere cool, dry and away from direct sunlight in temperatures below 25°C.
