Inositol and Folate is a dual-action powder combining Myo-Inositol and active Methylfolate to support hormonal activity, ovarian function and normal cell division during the preconception period. It is particularly relevant for women with PMOS (formerly known as PCOS) or irregular cycles, and for men with metabolic health considerations where sperm health is a focus.

Myo-Inositol has been studied in the context of insulin sensitivity and ovulatory function, making it one of the most researched nutrients in relation to PMOS (PCOS), where metabolic and hormonal factors are closely connected. Each serving delivers 200µg of Methylfolate, the active, bioavailable form of Folate, which contributes to normal Amino Acid synthesis, normal blood formation and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Folate also contributes to normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, making this a relevant supplement to begin during preconception and continue into early pregnancy.

How To Take

Stir 1.5 teaspoons (approx. 5g) into water or juice once daily, ideally in the morning.

Great product but in the wrong container

Great product but in the wrong container, super difficult to get a spoon in and out because of the tight neck.

I’m on my 2nd month with these. It’s in powder form. Dissolves easy in water. Well I pop mine in some coconut water. I love how they make my body feel. My skin is clear too. Less cyst pain. Excited to start trying

Could be improved

I like that the you get your daily requirements in one dose. However as im taking it with the pregnancy plan William also has floated in it i would prefer if it was just inositol on its own. Also it is really difficult to get out of the pot. It would be better if it had a wider neck as I can't get the orange things out which get in the way also. Therefore its just very difficult to use. Would love it if you could improve on this as I would like to continue purchasing from you otherwise.

PCOS - took for 6 months prior to conceiving and got pregnant first try!

Used this 6 months prior for trying to conceive and the first month we tried it worked! Would really recommend (I can’t say for certain if this product is why it worked so fast) but I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was a teenager has always been a worry for me. Always been slim no other symptoms apart from irregular period but this made me regular every month :) expensive but worth a try and to be consistent with it!

I have PCOS and it was Zita West Myo Inositol that helped me ovulate so that I could have two children. Once I started taking this I got pregnant within 3 months.
