Zita West hosted a live coaching and planning session on Thursday 19th May. During the session, Zita was joined by Rebecca Traylen, an Associate Nutritionist, who guided us through nutritional supplements.
Fertility is a whole-body event. During this webinar, Zita highlights how your body can be affected by certain dietary and lifestyle factors and how best to manage and improve your overall health to prepare you for IVF.
Zita and Rebecca also covered reading and understanding nutritional information on supplements, how to choose the most effective supplement and key nutrients to include for IVF.
The webinar finished by targeting some specialist areas including PCOS [polycystic ovarian syndrome] (now PMOS) and endometriosis.
At the end of the webinar, Zita and Rebecca held a Q&A with questions submitted in advance and throughout the session.
