Fertility nutrition is one of the most searched topics by women and couples trying to conceive. With so much conflicting advice online, it can feel overwhelming to know where to start or what truly makes a difference.
The right nutritional support can help optimise egg quality, support sperm health, regulate ovulation, and create the strongest possible foundation for conception. Evidence-based guidance, such as that outlined in the NICE fertility assessment guidelines, highlights how lifestyle and nutrition play a meaningful role alongside clinical care. Every person's situation is different, which is why personalised, expert support matters.
This free live online Q&A brings together two of the Zita West team's experienced fertility nutritionists to answer your questions in real time. Whether you are just starting out, preparing for IVF, or trying to make sense of which supplements are worth taking, you will come away with clear, trusted guidance you can act on straight away.

Book a free consultationIs this session really free?
Yes, the live Q&A is completely free to attend. Simply sign up and we'll send you everything you need to join on the day.
How long is the session?
The session runs for approximately one hour, with the majority of the time given over to your questions.
Can I send my question in advance?
Yes. You can submit your questions when you sign up, and Isabelle and Raquel will work through as many as possible during the live session. You can also ask in real time on the day.
I've only just started trying. Is it too early to join?
Not at all. The earlier you understand the foods, nutrients and lifestyle factors that support conception, the sooner you can put them into practice. Many people join at the very start of trying to give themselves the best possible foundation.
Does this apply to both partners?
Absolutely. Fertility is a shared journey, and sperm health is just as important as egg quality. The session covers male fertility nutrition, including diet for sperm quality and motility. If you are looking for male-specific support, the Zita West male fertility supplement range includes targeted antioxidant support for sperm health.
I have PCOS (PMOS) or endometriosis. Is this relevant to me?
Yes. Isabelle and Raquel will cover how conditions such as PCOS (PMOS) and endometriosis can affect fertility, and the nutritional approaches that can help support your body.
Which supplements are actually worth taking?
The session cuts through the confusion, explaining which supplements have genuine evidence behind them and where people often waste money, so your preconception plan is targeted rather than a cupboard full of products.
Will I receive personalised advice during the session?
This is an educational session rather than a clinical consultation. The nutritionists are unable to answer questions relating to your individual medical history, specific health conditions, medications, or anything that would require a clinical assessment. For that, please consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional. If you would like personalised support on which products are right for you, you can book a free 1:1 fertility product consultation with the Zita West team.
