Vitafem Boost

Vitafem Boost is an antioxidant supplement designed to support egg quality, cellular energy and overall fertility. Formulated to be taken alongside Vitafem, it's particularly beneficial for women aged 35 and over, when oxidative stress increases and cellular energy naturally declines.

It contains a wide range of antioxidants, including Vitamin E and Selenium, alongside key nutrients like CoQ10, Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), N-Acetyl L-Carnitine and Resveratrol. As we age, cellular energy declines and oxidative stress increases. CoQ10 and N-Acetyl L-Carnitine support cellular energy production essential for egg development, while Selenium and ALA provide antioxidant protection, helping maintain a balanced environment for reproductive health.

Vitafem Boost is designed for:

• Women aged 35 and over looking to support egg quality and cellular energy
• Those preparing for IVF or other assisted fertility treatments
• Women managing conditions such as endometriosis and PMOS (formerly known as PCOS) who want extra antioxidant support

Take two capsules daily with water and food, ideally splitting the dose across the day to enhance absorption.

We recommend taking Vitafem Boost for at least three months before trying to conceive, in line with the 90 day egg maturation window. Vitafem Boost is intended as a companion antioxidant complex product alongside a good quality multivitamin, such as Vitafem, and not as a standalone product. This is because it misses some nutrients we consider foundational for the preconception period.

Zita West packaging has been designed to maintain product quality. We recommend keeping all capsules in their original jars, instead of decanting into a pill pot. Store them somewhere cool, dry and away from direct sunlight in temperatures below 25°C.
