When preparing for a Frozen Embryo Transfer, the nutrient needs are different, as the embryo has already been created, so the focus is on implantation rather than egg and sperm health. Nutrients such as Vitamin E, Selenium and Manganese support implantation, and CoQ10 has been demonstrated to help increase endometrial thickness. There has also been research to suggest that a higher fibre intake is linked with improved implantation rates.
This pack contains all of the supplements and nutrients we would recommend for women who are preparing for a Frozen Embryo Transfer.
Please note - as our Vitamin D Spray is a 3 month supply, you can choose your pack with or without this product below.

Femceive is a fertility friendly bacteria supplement that has been specifically formulated to achieve a balanced endometrial-vaginal microbiota and prepare the optimal environment for preconception.
Each pot contains 34 capsules which has been specifically formulated to cover an entire fertility cycle.
Recommended by the NHS throughout fertility and pregnancy.
Vitamin D levels can be considered key to egg development, especially for women going through IVF. Our Vitamin D spray is a high dose, daily spray in the form of D3 which is able to more effectively raise vitamin D levels.
A type of fibre that helps to naturally increase fibre intake to support fertility. Fibre plays a vital role in feeding our friendly bacteria that can help support the action of both Femceive and Menceive.
The development of eggs and sperm requires large amounts of energy and Co-enzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a critical ingredient in its production.
Kaneka Ubiquinol™ is one of the world’s most recognised and researched CoQ10 ingredients, naturally produced by yeast fermentation.
Omega-3s are recognised for their ability to correct inflammation, a key concern for those dealing with conditions like PCOS and endometriosis.
NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) is a potent antioxidant. Studies indicate that NAC can reduce inflammation, regulate hormones and support regular cycles.
Our Frozen Embryo Transfer is designed to support implantation by focusing on raising progesterone levels and thickening the lining of the endometrium.

Vitafem contains the recommended intake of Folic Acid, in the form Folate. This is the readily absorbable form which is more effective at raising your levels. You do not need to take another Folic Acid supplement alongside Vitafem unless you have been advised by your GP.
We advise waiting 30 minutes after taking our supplements before having a hot drink like tea or coffee. Hot drinks can affect the activity of the bacteria in Femceive and Menceive and tea and coffee can affect the absorption of certain nutrients.
Yes this is perfectly harmless and is the body getting rid of excess vitamin B2. It is usual to experience this when taking multivitamins that contain B2 so nothing to worry about and it does not mean you are not absorbing the nutrients.
Yes our supplements are fine to take alongside levothyroxine - there is 150 mcg of iodine in the Vitafem but this is deemed perfectly safe to take alongside. However we recommend taking Vitafem at least 2 hours away from the thyroxine - preferably 4 hours away.
We recommend taking our supplements for at least 3 months before egg transfer however all the supplements in the kit are safe to take for longer than three months. Once you have undergone transfer, you should stop taking CoQ10 and continue taking Vitafem, Ultra Omega, NAC, Femceive, Vitamin D spray and Psyllium Husk. If you should get a positive result you can move onto our Newly Pregnant Trimester 1 Support Pack once your supplements have run out.
