Beetroot contains high levels of folate and antioxidants, great for both female and male fertility. Amongst other things, Folate helps with egg implantation and can help boost a low sperm count.
- 1 large raw beetroot
- 2 carrots
- 2 apples
- 2 oranges, peeled
- a small piece of root ginger (optional)
Put all the ingredients through an electric juicer and serve immediately.
